African e Development Resource Centre in partnership  with Netherland's ITPrenuers will be offering a  free Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 3 expert Certification webinar.

The webinar will be looking at the 2 routes that one can take towards ITIL v3 Expert Certification, lifecycle and capability. The webinar will feature Julie Mohr who is an expert in Information Technology Service Management (ITSM). Julie has also authored several books on IT best practices.  The webinar will be presented as a series and will be starting on July 29th 2010 at 11:00 am and are designed at offering guidance to individuals who would like to attain ITIL Expert qualification, given that little guidance is currently available.

The African eDevelopment Resource Centre has announced new courses in the communication portfolio starting this quarter. The courses are designed to equip engineers in the field with the latest skills to be able to deploy efficient and cost effective communication networks.

Securing IT systems in the corporate environment has becomes complex business as hackers continuously break into IT systems to frustrate operations and in some cases illegally access information. This was the premise of the recent Corporate IT Security training conducted by the African eDevelopment Resource Center  the leading Technology training institute in East Africa and Central Africa.
