Demand Driven Professional Training

It is vital to get the most from investment in ICT systems by ensuring that staff are trained effectively. Our courses are designed to unlock the potential of all staff by targeting and tailoring appropriate training packages. The Centre also provides a wide range of courses and bespoke training.

Learning and Development Consultation

As part of our service we provide consultation with individual staff members, line managers or Heads of Service to identify training needs and ensure that the most suitable training and delivery methods are provided.

Classroom Training

The service offers classroom tutor led training at our Training Centre. We have a dedicated training facility equipped with the latest IT hardware and multimedia equipment.

On-site Training (In House)

The AeRC Training Service understands that it is not always possible for staff to travel to for training. That is why we now offer a mobile training unit for up to 10 participants. Please request our Onsite Training Methodology.
