This training covers various functional modules like Financials, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, Plant Maintenance, Human Resource Management, etc, besides technical aspects of ERP such as Basic Administration & ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming).
Course Objectives
Before initiating the ERP implementation, it is necessary for an organisation to develop a curriculum that identifies and explains the different business processes that will be affected by it. Participants to the courses will be taken through a non-product centric course on ERP with a focus on developing a good understanding on the benefits, applications and developing a working ERP Implementation Strategy based on their business processes and objectives. Participants will also be taken through tips on how to identify the appropriate ERP solution, skills and consultants for their implementation.
